Sometimes you have a problem that can be fixed by setting your computer to a previous time when it was working well.
For instance, this has worked for me when I have lost the printer's connection to the computer.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
You will see a calendar. Set the calendar for a day when everything was working fine. Click on OK.
Restart the computer--Start>Turn off computer>Restart.
